Bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for our mission to the team, we are thrilled to announce Paula Lawrence as the new Development Director at Boys Town Nevada.
Paula is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement and professional development. Most recently as Director of Sales, Marketing and Community Partnerships at Inspired Closets, she led initiatives that connect individuals and small businesses to nonprofit organizations.
Previously, she served as the founding Executive Director of Dress for Success Southern Nevada, where she empowered over 10,000 women to achieve economic independence and built a referral network of over 100 non-profit partners. In 2020, she joined HOPE for Prisoners as Chief Development Officer, helping to raise $1.3 million and establishing a monthly donor program during the pandemic.
In 2023, she joined the Las Vegas Fashion Council Board of Directors and was recognized as one of Real Vegas Magazine’s “Women Who Wow.” Her accolades include the Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s Top Ten Influential Women in Nevada and the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Woman of Distinction Award.
Paula holds a BA in Communications from California State University Fullerton and attended the MBA program at Pepperdine University.
